AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.559 to provide that members of the County Employees Retirement System may retire with full benefits after 25 years of service rather than 27 years; amend KRS 61.595 to conform; to increase the CERS retirement factor to 2.376% from 2.2%.
