AN ACT proposing amendments to Sections 110, 111, 112, 115, 116, and 121 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to the Court of Justice.
     Propose to amend Sections 110, 111, 112, 115, 116, and 121 of the Constitution of Kentucky to permit the General Assembly or a committee thereof to review and approve rules issued by the Supreme Court of Kentucky; propose submission to the voters in the manner provided by law.
