AN ACT relating to dog licensing.
     Amend KRS 258.095 to redefine "dog" as being four months of age or over; amend KRS 258.135 to require dog licenses to be issued in conjunction with the effective date of rabies vaccinations; amend KRS 258.145 to require a dog warden or agent to stamp a dog tag with the effective date of issuance; and amend KRS 258.155 to conform.
