AN ACT relating to school report cards.
     Amend KRS 158.6453, to require the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate an administrative regulation establishing the components of a school report card to be sent the parents of the students of the district and a summary published in the newspaper with the largest circulation in the county; require the data to be reported by race, gender, and disability when appropriate; require data concerning student academic achievement, nonacademic achievement, the school learning environment, and school safety.
