AN ACT relating to establishing Native American Indian Month in Kentucky.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 2 to designate the second Monday in September as "American Indian Day" in Kentucky.

HCS - Designate the month of November as Native American Indian Month, rather than designating an American Indian Day; direct the Kentucky Heritage Council and Native American Heritage Commission, rather than the Human Rights Commission, to make relevant information available.
