AN ACT relating to services for children.
Amend 200.505 to require commissioner of the Dept. for Juvenile Justice to serve on state interagency council for services for children, add to duties of state council to promote prevention services; amend KRS 200.509 to require local representatives of Dept. for Juvenile Justice and Health Dept. to serve on regional interagency councils for services to children; amend KRS 200.672, relating to early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families, to clarify that services and assurances are contingent upon federal and state funding amounts.

HCS/FN - Retain original provisions and add amendment to KRS 200.505 to require commissioner of Department of Social Insurance to serve on state interagency council for services to children; amend KRS 200.509 to require local representatives of the Department for Social Insurance to serve on the regional interagency council for services to children.
