AN ACT relating to the budget.
     Amend KRS 48.010 to define "structurally balanced executive branch budget recommendation"; amend KRS 48.100 to require the Governor to present a structurally balanced executive branch budget recommendation; amend KRS 48.117 to require preliminary and ongoing appropriations to be reported for the next six fiscal years; amend KRS 48.140 to amend surplus expenditure plan provisions; amend KRS 48.700 to conform; amend KRS 48.705 to provide for appropriations to the surplus expenditure plan.
