AN ACT relating to agreements.
     Amend KRS 417.050 to permit written agreements to settle controversies through arbitration to apply to employers, employees and their respective representatives; repeal KRS 336.700, which prohibits employers from requiring a waiver of statutory rights as a condition of employment.
