AN ACT relating to reasonable limitations on employment litigation.
     Amend KRS 207.230 to permit court action on a citizen's suit alleging violation of workplace standards to commence no later than one year from the date of the alleged incident; create new section of KRS Chapter 337 to require court action for other than wage discrimination because of sex, to commence no later than one year after the earliest date on which the plaintiff had or should have had knowledge of the violation; amend KRS 342.197 to establish a one year statute of limitation for anyone filing a lawsuit alleging discrimination for filing a workers' compensation claim; amend KRS 344.450 to establish a one year statute of limitation for filing a lawsuit alleging violation of one's civil rights in employment.
