AN ACT relating to watercraft.
     Amend KRS 235.010 to define "personal watercraft"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 235 to require that motorboats and personal watercraft over ten (10) horsepower be covered by liability insurance when operating on the public waters of the Commonwealth and to set minimum amount of liability coverage.
