AN ACT proposing an amendment to Sections 117, 119, and 122 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to the selection of justices and judges of the Court of Justice.
     Amend Section 117 of the Constitution to provide that Supreme Court Justices and Judges of the Court of Appeals be appointed by the Governor from lists presented to the Governor by judicial nominating commissions, subject to confirmation by the Senate, and thereafter run on their record for retention or rejection; amend Sections 119 and 122 of the Constitution to conform.
