AN ACT relating to student attendance.
Amends KRS 157.320, regarding the calculation of average daily attendance, to permit a school district to count the number of days a student was suspended, not to exceed ten (10) days, in addition to the aggregate number of days the suspended student attended school.

SFA (1, K. Nelson) - Require that school districts receive state funding for up to 175 days for students expelled from school for behavioral problems.
