Direct the Legislative Research Commission to create the Task Force on Sibling Sexual Abuse; direct the Task Force to conduct a comprehensive study of the prevalence, causes, consequences and means of addressing the problem of child sibling sexual abuse in the Commonwealth; direct appointment of appropriate members to the Task Force; require report submission by January 1, 1999 and final report of findings and recommendations by January 1, 1999; estimate cost of task force staff services at $30,000.
