HCS - Direct the LRC to create a Task Force on Existing Industry Incentives; delete the fifth WHEREAS clause; require the Task Force on Existing Industry Incentives to report to the LRC no later than July 1, 1999; and require the Task Force on Existing Industry Incentives to seek information and testimony from the Kentucky Industrial Development Council Inc., the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Inc., the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives, and the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development.
