AN ACT relating to the Calumet Trophies and making an appropriation therefor, and declaring an emergency.
     Appropriate $1.2 million to the Kentucky Horse Park in fiscal year 1997 - 98 to be used as a non-interest-bearing loan to provide matching funds with the $1.2 million raised privately by the Horse Park to purchase the Calumet trophies; provide that the loan must be repaid over 20 years; provide that the trophies will become the property of the Commonwealth when purchased; EMERGENCY.
