AN ACT relating to off-road vehicles.
     Amend KRS 186.010 to define "off-road vehicle"; amend KRS 189.515 to require a person to obtain written consent from a landowner before operating an off-road vehicle on private property; prohibit off-road vehicles from being operated on public property unless the governmental agency responsible for the property has approved and marked either designated areas or designated trails where off-road vehicles may be operated; permit city and county governments to designate public highways and adjoining rights-of-way under their jurisdiction where off-road vehicles may be operated; require a city or county designating roads for off-road vehicle use to erect signs warning the general public of the presence of off-road vehicles; amend KRS 189.010 to conform.
