     Amend KRS 151B.023 to create the Division of Workforce Investment in the Department of Adult Education and Literacy in the Cabinet for Workforce Development; amend KRS 151B.023 and KRS 151B.125 to change the name of the Division of Management and Support Services to the Division of Management Services in the Department of Adult Education and Literacy in the Cabinet for Workforce Development; confirm Executive Order 97-1508.
