AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 235.010 to abolish the Division of Water Patrol within the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources and to transfer its personnel and duties to the Division of Law Enforcement within the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources; amend various other sections to conform; repeal KRS 235.020 and 235.320; confirm Executive Order 96-726.
