AN ACT relating to the Kentucky state lottery.
     Repeal all of KRS Chapter 154A to eliminate the state lottery; amend KRS 42.410 to include the duties of the management, investment, and safekeeping of the funds held in trust by the Kentucky Lottery Corporation, along with distribution of deferred payments to winning ticket holders, upon the lawful dissolution of the state lottery.
