AN ACT relating to personal service contracts.
     Amend KRS 45A.695 to require any state agency that contracts with vendors to file an annual report with the LRC's Personal Service Contracts Review Subcommittee before October 1; require the report to include the following: the number of state employees terminated by the contract, the savings produced by the contract, the estimated cost savings for taxpayers, the number of private sector jobs produced by the contract, a statement of any officers, directors, shareholders, or employees in management positions of a company that is a party to the contract that have either worked in a political campaign in the three (3) previous years, made a campaign contribution in excess of one hundred dollars ($100) in the previous three (3) years, or are related to the elected official within the second level of consanguinity; provide a statement which lists any legislative or executive agents retained by the company that is a party to the contract.
