AN ACT relating to administrative regulations.
     Amend KRS 13A.245 to establish federal/state comparison to be filed by agency when an administrative regulation is promulgated pursuant to a federal mandate or imposes requirements established but not required by federal law or regulation; amend various sections of KRS Chapter 13A to conform.
