AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Foundation for the Arts.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 153 to establish the Kentucky Foundation for the Arts; create a foundation board; direct the State Treasurer to invest the fund and permit the foundation board to disburse matching grants from investment income; authorize the foundation board to perform all necessary duties and promulgate administrative regulations; require the Kentucky Arts Council to provide staff support and office space.
