SB 270 (BR 451) - E. Harris, R. Roeding, J. Rose, E. Tori, J. Westwood
AN ACT relating to administrative regulations.
Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 13A to establish requirements for promulgation of emergency administrative regulations; specify format and material to be included in tiering statement and regulatory impact analysis; require review and action by legislative subcommittee to which administrative regulation is assigned; establish effective date of administrative regulations.
SB 270 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, E. Harris) - Amend KRS 13A.032 to permit filing of emergency if information required by state agency from federal agency has not been received.
SFA (2, E. Harris) - Amend various sections to permit promulgation of emergency administrative regulation to meet federal requirements for program and state law deadline; amend KRS 13A.015 to require information relating to regulated entities, including the impact on small businesses and individuals and special problems faced by them.
