AN ACT relating to salaries of state employees.
     Amend KRS 45.340 to require the biweekly payment of state officers' and employees' salaries beginning no later than October 30, 1998; permit the Secretary of Finance and Administration to exempt hourly and per diem officers and employees from biweekly payment by administrative regulation; permit renegotiation or amendment of contracts relating to payroll deduction to conform.
