AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
Amend KRS 141.010 to permit the exclusion of up to $1,200 in each taxable year for amounts paid by a qualified taxpayer to purchase or pay premiums on a life insurance policy or annuity for the ultimate benefit of a person with a disability; and to define terms.
