AN ACT proposing an amendment to Sections 170, 171, and 181 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to taxation.
     Propose to amend Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky to exempt intangible personal property from taxation; propose to amend Sections 171 and 181 to conform; make effective for tax assessments made on or after January 1, 1999; submit to voters.
