AN ACT relating to inheritance.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 391 to require that a gift given by a decedent to an heir during the decedent's lifetime is counted against the heir's intestate share under certain circumstances; repeal KRS 391.140, the current law on a gift counting against an heir's intestate share.
