AN ACT relating to economic development and making an appropriation therefor.
     Amend KRS 42.4592 to remove the provisions of funding provided in KRS 42.4586; amend KRS 154.47-035 and 154.47-070 to conform; repeal KRS 42.4586; appropriate from the general fund $916,300 each year of the 1999-2000 biennium.
