AN ACT relating to public assistance.
     Create new sections of KRS 205 to require the Cabinet for Human Resources to develop a state plan and implement a pilot project for the use of a voucher card for public assistance beneficiaries to use to manage the basic needs for their family; require the cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to define the population of participants, rules, and procedures for the implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of a pilot project.
