AN ACT relating to firearms.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 237 to require storage of firearms in a safe manner to prevent unauthorized use by children and to provide Class A misdemeanor penalty and civil liability for violation; create new section of KRS Chapter 237 to require posting of notice of safe firearms storage.
