AN ACT relating to citations and providing sanctions for failure to appear in court as required by a citation.
     Amend KRS 431.015, relating to citations, to allow a judge to issue a bench warrant without having to first issue a summons in the event a defendant fails to appear on a citation charging a Class A or B misdemeanor.
