AN ACT relating to school employees.
     Amend KRS 161.800, relating to reduction in the teaching force, to include budget deficit, loss of revenue, curricular changes, or school-based decision making allocation adjustments as conditions allowing the superintendent to reduce the number of teachers or administrators; grant teachers under limited contract the right of restoration unless the written notification at the time of layoff specifies that the contract will not be renewed along with the grounds.
