SB 176/FN (BR 1627) - T. Buford

     AN ACT relating to housing.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 99A to create the neighborhood redevelopment housing award and credit; direct how the award is made and the credit is claimed; provide definitions; create a new section of KRS Chapter 136 to allow the credit against taxes on financial institutions; create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to allow the credit against income tax; amend KRS 141.0205 to include the neighborhood redevelopment housing credit.
