HB 330/FN (BR 210) - J. Wayne, P. Clark

     AN ACT relating to economic development and declaring an emergency.
     Amend KRS 154.12-207 and KRS 154.12-2084 to require Bluegrass State Skills Corporation participants to be a Kentucky resident, as that term is defined in the state income tax code.

     HCA (1, J. Wayne) - Declare and EMERGENCY
     HCA (2/Title, J. Wayne) - Make title amendment.
     SCA (1, V. McGaha) - Amend to include construction in the definition of qualified company under the Bluegrass State Skills Corporation.
     SCA (2, A. Kerr) - Make technical correction.
     SFA (3/FN, R. Roeding) - Amend KRS 154.28-110 to increase the job assessment fee to 3% from 2%.
     CCR - Conference committee could not agree and requested a Free Conference Committee be appointed.
     FCCR (Majority Report) - Adopt original provisions of HB 330/GA with SCA 2 and SFA 3; Senate free conference committee members receded from SCA 1 and the House free conference committee members accepted the Senate members' action.
