SCR 4 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1, J. Crenshaw) - Add sections encouraging the Department of Juvenile Justice, Juvenile Justice Advisory Committee, Subcommittee on Equity and Justice for All Youth, and the Administrative Office of the Courts to research disproportionate minority youth confinement in the Commonwealth.
HCA (2/Title, J. Crenshaw) - Amend title to read: "A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION relating to juvenile justice."
HFA (1, R. Webb) - Require Department of Juvenile Justice and the Administrative Office of the Courts to adhere to confidentiality requirements of KRS Chapters 630 and 635 when conducting study of disproportionate minority confinement.
