AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Rules of Evidence.
     Create new sections of the Kentucky Rules of Evidence relating to the admissibility of prior acts of sexual assault, child molestation, and domestic violence and abuse; request action by the Evidence Rules Review Commission and the Kentucky Supreme Court; provide for a special effective date.
