AN ACT relating to the control of sex offenders.
     Create various new sections of KRS Chapter 17 to create a sexual offender control program in the Justice Cabinet, to restrict sexual offenders from certain residence locations and employment; require sexual offenders to participate in treatment and lie detector tests; create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to provide that sexual offenders who do not cooperate with the sexual offender control program are guilty of a Class D felony for the first offense and a Class C felony for each subsequent offense; create a new section of KRS Chapter 15 to restrict plea bargaining in sexual offense cases; create a new section of KRS Chapter 329 to require detection of deception examiners who do sexual offender examinations to have specialized training and testing.
