AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Create two new sections of KRS Chapter 434 to criminalize certain conduct attendant to retail sales relating to electronic payment card fraud and antishoplifting devices; amend KRS 433.236 relating to the shopkeeper's privilege to specifically reference antishoplifting devices and provide for civil and criminal immunity for reasonable shopkeeper conduct.
