AN ACT relating to pawned property.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 541 to create the crime of theft of secured property when secured personal property is pawned and is forfeited to the pawnbroker; create a new section of KRS Chapter 226 to require notice as to whether or not personal property which is pawned is subject to a security interest; amend KRS 226.990 to provide a Class B misdemeanor penalty for not identifying security interest or falsifying information.
