AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 17.170, relating to taking DNA samples from sex offenders, to add persons convicted of burglary in the first or second degree and violent offenders, expand acceptable methods of taking a DNA sample; amend KRS 17.175 to conform.
