AN ACT relating to autopsy records.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 72 to govern the release of photographs, video or audio recordings, or other visual images of or relating to an autopsy; amend KRS 72.992 to establish criminal penalties of a Class A misdemeanor for a first offense and a Class D felony for a subsequent offense in violation of the section; require that any fine collected as a penalty shall be paid into the crime victims' compensation fund.
