HB 781/FN/LM (BR 2514) - J. Crenshaw
AN ACT relating to juries.
Amend various statutes in KRS Chapters 29A and 30A to revise the procedures used by the Court of Justice in the selection, administration, and payment of jurors.
HB 781 - AMENDMENTS
HCS (1/FN) - Delete provision requiring employer payment of compensation during period of jury service.
HCS (2/FN/LM) - Retain provisions of HCS, but delete amendment to KRS 29A.170 providing additional compensation for jurors.
HFA (1, J. Crenshaw) - Specify that tax roll information come from the Revenue Cabinet and that the information be subject to the confidentiality provisions of KRS 131.190.
