AN ACT relating to prohibition of possession of firearms in domestic violence cases.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 527 to prohibit possession of a firearm by a person subject to a domestic violence order; create a new section of KRS Chapter 527 to prohibit possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
