AN ACT relating to motor vehicle and motorcycle operator's licenses.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186 to require citizenship verification for applicants for motor vehicle, motorcycle, and commercial driver's licenses; require verification of a non-citizen's visa, work, and immigration status with Immigration and Naturalization Service; create a new section of KRS Chapter 186 to provide penalty for falsification of citizenship information.
