AN ACT relating to sales tax.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 139 to provide for an annual sales tax refund on retail sales made by a qualified organization; define "qualified organization" to mean an organization exempt from income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code which specializes in retail sales of donated items, provides job training and employment services to individuals with workplace disadvantages and disabilities, and has a majority of its revenues channeled into job training and placement programs and other critical community services.
