HB 304/LM (BR 1154) - G. Stumbo
AN ACT relating to highways.
Amend KRS 177.103, to define county roads in the section pertaining to permits to encroach upon a road or right-of-way; amend KRS 177.106 to require any person wanting to encroach upon a county road to obtain a permit from the county road engineer or supervisor; require all county road engineers and supervisors to follow the guidelines established by the Transportation Cabinet for the issuance and enforcement of encroachment permits.
HB 304 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, G. Stumbo) - Add a subsection (6) to Section 2 of the bill to clarify that the provisions governing encroachment permits for county roads shall not apply to entities regulated by the Public Service Commission.
