AN ACT relating to abuse of public trust.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 522, relating to abuse of public office, to create the crime of abuse of public trust; set penalties, including the punishment that the offender is disqualified from holding public office; provide that a public servant convicted under this section shall not be convicted for the same conduct under KRS 514.070; amend KRS 514.070 to provide that no person shall be convicted under KRS 514.070 if that person has also been convicted of a violation of Section 1 of this Act arising out of the same incident; repeal KRS 61.190.
