AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to prohibit sexual intercourse, deviate sexual intercourse, or sexual contact by certain criminal justice employees with a prisoner or inmate; amend KRS 510.020 and 510.120 to conform.

Lindsay) - Add Department of Juvenile Justice employees as persons who are prohibited from having sexual intercourse, deviate sexual intercourse, or sexual contact with persons under the control of the Department of Juvenile Justice; add probationers and parolees as persons against whom sexual conduct is prohibited by certain criminal justice employees.

HFA (2, R. Webb) - Insert provision amending KRS 439.3405 to require crime victim and prosecutorial notice for medical parole hearings.
