     AN ACT relating to compensation of county officers and employees.
     Amend KRS 64.530 to provide for the reasonable compensation of county officers, employees, deputies, and assistants as fixed by the fiscal court.

     SCS/LM - Retain original provisions and amend KRS 64.056 to establish that beginning in fiscal year 2012-2013 the Chief Justice shall include a cost-of-living adjustment not less than the amount received by county officers as established in KRS 64.5275(4).
