AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 533 to require polygraph examinations of sex offenders released on probation; create a new section of KRS Chapter 439 to require polygraph examinations of sex offenders released on parole; create a new section of KRS Chapter 329, relating to detection of deception examiners, to specify training required to make sex offender polygraph examinations.
